Erste Bank – Zentrale

Nach drei maligem Versuch über den 24 Stunden Service jeweils ca. 15 min in der Warteschleife habe ich mich nun durchgerungen eine E-Mail zu schreiben. 19.08.2019 um 16:10 Uhr!

I am very sorry to complain, but this is really awful bank. I was the client of this bank since 2012. My experiences: 1. My first branch office of this bank was located in a little town and I had a normal service. After moving to Vienna, they couldn't change my manager, I had to go through many calls and visits to do it. Most of the managers are absolutely incompitent. 2. I have recieved a wrong consultation from one of the managers in my new branch office. I looked for the savings possibilites and he recommended Pensions Account, which is working as an insuarance account and brings no benefits and even big losses in my case. According to it, I can't close my account and have to pay 100 euro monthly during 10 years! Afterwards I will recieve even less than I have paid! What a great advice! But he told me totally different information. He was simply not ready to work as a consultant. 3. I have tried to make a money transfer to Russia through one of the offices (via online banking it is impossible neither). At the Info Desk stand 3 Trainees and they again had no knowledges to help at all. One of them helped me to fill out the form and took it to the managers. She couldn't tell me if the payment succeeded, just told me that I have to wait at home for their call in case it won't work. Now this is the second day, I have no calls and the transfer has still not happened! I was not charged yet. I guess it didn't work and they will call me in one week to tell me that. This is the way they work. 4. At the meantime,I would say, at the office they smile to you, make the handshake and speak like in the advertisement about their products. But any real advise and personal approach you will not find here. This bank is good maybe just for a normal savings account but I would prefer to try another one.
