Worst hair cut I've ever had, worst customer service from the manager/owner.
I had a hair cut yesterday at 7:30 pm. I have a short hair and only needed the sides to be adjusted. In couple of minutes I noticed that the hairdresser (she seemed inexperienced lady) made a deeper trimming over my ear at one side and when I looked at the back of my ear, I noticed it was like a bit in my hair. I think she used a lower level on the trimmer. It was clear that it is different from the other side too. She called the manager when I said this is not ok. He first said that he doesn't see any issue and it is very normal and ok. She told him that I was moving and that is why this happened (she told him in german, and he translated that - she speaks a little english). He then said that also my hair is so curly (as if this is a reason for what happened), I got a bit nervous and I looked angry (no loud voice and very politely talking) and then the manager directly said that we have to stop here as it seems that they are not the right place for me. I noticed it is too late to fine a place to fix this and I said I don't really know how can I go to work like this. At the end I had to let her finish. He asked for 15 Euro, I paid 15+5 tips and left without a word. At home I saw the disaster and I also noticed that the bottom edge at the back side is not cut even. She didn't even clean the trimmed hair on my face before I leave. Worst day. I will need to shave my head to avoid being funny at work tomorrow. May be this is just only me being unlucky, but the place is horrible in handling customers and accommodating the complain.
