Donau Umzug or Meinumzugsprofi.at are the same fraudulent company! Stay away from these companies, they are both a complete fraud! Donau Umzug or Meinumzugsprofis.at are the same company, same address, same bank account and same tax number! The online offer for x2 furniture packers+truck for 25€ per hour is not what they charge for in the end. Apparently one of the two furniture packers is supposed to be a carpenter who dismantles & rebuilds the furniture. They charge the 25€ per hour for the x2 packers+truck plus an addtional 40€ per hour for the carpenter which is the same person! Who only dismantles a sofa and build back together the same sofa all within an hour to bring it through a window but charged 10 hours for the one hour'shift work. They demand the total amount paid in cash before the move. The invoice that is hand written on location on the day of the move has no tax number nor a company stamp nor address written on it. I visited the company address at Volkerstrasse 13/11 to speak with them, it is a run down aparment house of imigrents with no office, no listing, no sign of a company at all! Do ones self a huge favor and stay clear of this fraudulent company completely!
