Damaged goods, no communication and disrespect Few days ago, I had asked the englmayer company to transport some goods from Greece to Austria. After our initial communication they asked as for 400 euros including taxes and they obligated us to pack our objects well which we did. Then, they picked them up and transport them to they warehouse in Wels. There, they inform us that we need first to pay the full amount and then they will transport the goods to the final destination, our apartment. The same day of communication of the invoice send, we had paid the full amount and they arranged the delivery 2 day afterwards. The brought the good on the agreed day with some of the goods, (2 chair) being damaged. I was not present at the apartment and my wife which does not know german or english, did not know what to do apart from pointing this to the driver who just said "Egal" and unload the goods to the doorstep and left. Then, on my communication with the englmayr firma, they claimed "you pick up the goods without complain" and they stop any further communication towards me. This disrespectfull behavior is probably on their company culture.
