Hilfsbereitschaft null, Unhöflichkeit I had a doctor prescriptions for chinese herbs and they sent me around 300 pills, after two months I had the same presctiption with the identical dose and they sent me 156 pills, so I called to find out if the second time the content of a pill was equal with the content of a pill from the first package and they said it was the same, but they had no explanation how it is possible from the same dose of herbs to obtain first 300 pills and the second time half the number and still a pill to have the identical content, so after discussing around 10 minutes without result they told me to come there in Baden if I had a problem, although I told them I was in Vienna and the matter could be solved very well by phone if they had a resonable explanation and they simply hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. After calling again they put me on hold for around 10 minutes and than said they have used a different pressing machine. Would you buy again from this pharmacy or recommend it?
