EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE !!!!
First of all, I would like to thank the very down to earth owner of ALPHANET, Mahmoud Almanjalli for saving me from buying a new laptop. I lost hope already when Customer Service of Mediamarkt told me that it's better to buy a new one because WASSERSCHADEN or WATER DAMAGE of my MacbookPro will cost me a lot. I called some service providers but they told me the same thing, then I stumbled to the website of ALPHANET with great reviews especially with Macbooks troubleshooting and one customer even had the same problem with me. the next day in the morning I called him and explain what happened to my Laptop. I tried to speak in German and he was so nice and patient understanding and answering my broken german.
He told me to bring my laptop immediately to the shop and he will try his very best to help me, the moment I came to the shop, I was welcomed with smile and warmness of the people. He has a vibe of an approachable and a nice person, always laughing and joking around. He also offered coffee and tea, perfect for cold weather! haha. after filling up the form and talking a bit I left because of work. The time he knew what needs to be done, he called me and talked about what's better to do, he gave me suggestions and options so I can save money. I felt that he tried his very best to help me, he also put some stuff on my laptop that will help my productivity for free that I know that if I went somewhere I will have to pay extra. He is not only the savior of My Laptop but also I consider him now a good friend as he always tries to help in any way. I couldn't thank you enough for everything! I highly recommend ALPHANET to anyone who has problems with their laptops they are the best! your laptop is in Good Hands! Hands of an EXPERT!
