★★★★★ 5/5 — NAM Numismatic (Nymphe Auction 4) via Biddr
Excellent experience from start to finish with NAM Numismatic on Biddr. I won 14 lots in their Nymphe Auction 4 — a nice spread of ancient material including a Seleukid AE serrate of Demetrios I Soter, Byzantine folles of Leo VI and Nicephorus II Phocas, an Ayyubid al-Zahir Ghazi dirham, a French feudal denier from Melle, a Venetian grosso, a Russian denga of Ivan IV, plus several uncleaned/as-seen lots of ancient coins, lead seals, and sling bullets.
Every coin arrived exactly as described and pictured, well packaged for international shipping via DHL Express, and the invoicing and payment process through Biddr was smooth and transparent.
What really deserves special mention is the quality of the cataloging. Each lot was identified with real numismatic detail — ruler, mint, date, weight, diameter, and full obverse/reverse legends — rather than a vague one-line description. Every item also arrived marked with its lot number, so I could easily match each piece back to the invoice for exact documentation. That level of accurate labeling is not something you can take for granted at every auction house, and as a collector it makes a huge difference in confidently building a collection you can trust. It's clear this seller genuinely knows and cares about the material they handle.
Communication was responsive and professional throughout, and the whole transaction reflected a seller who takes their reputation seriously. Highly recommend NAM Numismatic to any collector of ancient coins, and I'll be watching their future Nymphe auctions closely.
