Unfriendly and not a lot of product knowledge We bought a few things in this shop but not anymore. Staff is in general not friendly and dont have a lot of product knowledge. We bought a nice new Bugaboo. When we got home we realised the zipper from the top basenet was broken and the next day I went back. I was told that I would not really need this zipper and it was fine. Then they gave me a show model top and this was still not working. I had to start arguing with the staff to get this replaced with a new zipper. I did not receive any apology. They did not even bother to reply my goodbye when I left the show and totally ignored me. Next was my wife, she looking for a car seat. The first question that comes (from sales staff) is does your car have ISOFIX. Not familiar with this term someone from the shop went to have a look in the car and concluded that is does not have this ISOFIX system. So the choice of baby car seats was limited. I look further into ISOFIX and it turns out every car build after 2006 has this system and so did our car. When I had a closer look at the back seat it turns out there are 4 labels clearly saying ISOFIX. But from somebody working there I am expecting to know where he or she is looking for. But the lack of service and unfriendliness is for me a reason to go somewhere else.
