Schlimmste Erfahrung
We booked for a 75 sqm apartment but mistakenly chose 1 zimmer , so first thing when she arrived was " that extra room is not included" even though I put 75 sqm in the booking and of course that automatically meant 10 more euros charge, meaning that we already were wasting 10 euros because if we had written 65 sqm , 1 zimmer the price would have been 36,9 and not 46.9 which was the price we finally paid. That's just the beginning. So she arrived and of course I didn't say much because if you look at the website it looks very trustful and professional , so I just let her do her job. But she wouldn't look under the couch or won't look under the heating things where dust is accumulated, but I mean it's "extra sauber" and 47 euros! How couldn't u look under the couch, I had to tell her "please also there". The door edges where all with dust, the lichtschalter,steckdosen where dirty, all things "included" in the standard cleaning.The thing is that there where a lot of free spaces where she didn't clean and the worst about it is that she stayed exactly 1 hour 25 minutes, so I was paying over 30 euros for one hour of cleaning. In that case I rather hire a private putzfrau, paying her 10 euros an hour. But looking at the website it looks promising, they say we take everything, there MUST just be a staubsauger , which she didn't even use! And we had to provide moping items, which at the end she left dirty. So she left and I called clientservice to express my concerns, they told me that they will send the cleaning boss the next day to complete the cleaning and we where kind of relieved. So, she arrived and asked where is still dirty, I showed her the places, she "analyzed" the apartment, actually realized that all the things we complaint about were right, but always kind of in a defensive attitude. So she said, that's really weird because we never get critics for these cleaner, she went outside to call someone of the firma and then returned and said that our apartment was too dirty and that she can't clean it, that's she is sorry and any other complain call the firma directly..it was like what?!plop! How could she say such thing , we have a little daughter, we are working people, not inmature teens or u don't know what, it seems that they want to clean only clean apartments or what?! We just gave up and let her go, then we called the firma again and they where totally at a defensive position , they even said that that visit should be charged! So funny, well of course, feeling robbed and fooled, we just finally paid.
