Fachlich wirkte die Behandlung auf mich durchschnittlich und unauffällig. Menschlich hingegen war der Umgang sehr enttäuschend. Die Ärztin trat wiederholt ungeduldig und wenig empathisch auf, ließ mich kaum ausreden und ging nicht wirklich auf meine Sorgen ein. Fragen wurden knapp oder herablassend beantwortet, sodass ich mich nicht ernst genommen fühlte. Gerade in einer Situation, in der man sich als Patient ohnehin verletzlich fühlt, erwarte ich mehr Einfühlungsvermögen und Respekt. Leider habe ich mich in dieser Praxis nicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt.☹️

The team is well put together, there are longer waiting times, but this is understandable with the number of patients. I can confirm that the environment is pleasant. Many times, though, you won't reach the outpatient clinic for hours. However, when you do get through, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Words of praise must be said here. Also the patient management is qualitatively efficient, people are trying very hard. Also, my experience is that I have not yet received medical reports with the diagnosis, even as a patient, upon request. Subsequently, I had a follow-up from another medical department where I needed a cardiology report, but nobody believed me that I was seeing this doctor as I did not receive any medical report from the said doctor. I subsequently enquired over the phone that I needed a specialist internal medicine/cardiology report for further investigations, stating the diagnoses and therapies, but was told that they would not even issue the reports to me as a patient, that there was a lot of work involved with that. This disappointed me. Otherwise, I can only praise this medical practice and the whole team and wish them a lot of patience as, as I have experienced myself, some patients take a lot of patience to deal with. It is desirable that the doctor fulfills his duty to at least write a medical report indicating the results of the examinations, the diagnoses made and the subsequent therapy.
