Studentenwohnheim Campus Dreiheiligen

Top Lage, vor allem für Sowi- und MCI-Studierende. Caffees, Restaurants, das McFit und der Hofgarten sind auch in der Nähe. Gute Wohnatmosphäre.

Ich persönlich habe keine guten Erfahrungen mit dem Studentenwohnheim gemacht. Ich hatte mein Zimmer im Altbau auf derselben Höhe der Schienen. Bin nachts immer aufgewacht bei jedem Zug, da es extrem laut war und das Zimmer sogar gewackelt hat 🙈 Wusste dann sogar welcher Zug wann kommt und wie viel verspätet er ist. Im Winter war mir viel zu kalt (hab dann mit 2 Decken und Pulli geschlafen), im Sommer zu warm. Tageslicht gabs nur ganz wenig und das nur im Schlafzimmer (kein anderer Raum hatte Fenster! Da merkt man erst wie wichtig Licht ist). Das Stiegenhaus war immer dreckig und öfter gab es Briefe der Heimleitung, dass wenn es nicht besser wird, alle mehr zahlen müssen... Mir gings in der Zeit so extrem schlecht, man konnte aber vor Ablauf eines Jahres nicht kündigen und ich habe dann beschlossen, lieber doppelt zu zahlen (Miete von Campus Dreiheiligen und WG-Zimmer bei einer privaten WG).

If you are looking for a dorm in Innsbruck, I would advise you against this dormitory. The owner of the dorm is an awful bureaucrat. He´s looking for flaws very accurately when move out. I had problems to get back my deposit, although I left the room very clean. The rooftop is nice indeed; but it is not allowed to make a barbecue, even with an electrical grill. In addition there is a Kindergarten right next to the place, and they will wake you up every morning, unless you have got a very deep sleep. I could continue the list with more things that speak against this dorm. The only good thing for me was the location, because it is close to the University. But that changes nothing of my overall impression. If I could give this dorm zero points, I would give zero points.

Hi! It's a great place. I've styed here for two years. Clean, central locatition, friedly staff and cool people. I had a very good time and I can defenitely recommend this place to others. Paolo the 2nd

Hi there, I´ve lived in the Studentenwohnheim Dreiheiligen for 1 year. And it was awful. The house management was controlling our apartment a few times a week and most of the time left a sheet of paper with some instructions. For example that we should clean the kitchen before friday or otherwise they would send us a cleaner witch cost us 20€!!! And they did it a few times, even if we cleaned everything!! We also had to pay for stuff that was damaged from the first day, for example the kitchen, it was already broken at the day we moved in but they didn´t care. Further more the rooms are much to small for the money, in the bathroom was fungi all over the place, you couldn´t close the bathroom window etc. At the end all I can say is, if I can give you a advice, DON`T GO THERE!!! PS: The owner of this place is a person that is only interested in your money and how he can milking as much money out of you as possible!! So be careful!!
