The blonde girl with glasses is a notorious liar! I wanted to buy a specific shower gel but all of them were dirty and the shower gel was flowing out. I asked her if she can look in the store's warehouse or on their scanner if there are more in acceptable condition. She was totally rude and started to tell me lies: 1. " we haven't received goods today" (colleagues were unpacking goods) 2. I asked to call the store manager maybe she can look it up. " the store manager is not here today - I found the store manager 5 meters away.. 3. At the cash register I asked her why did she lie to me about the store manager's presence. " She has just arrived in this minute" -I saw her when I entered the shop unpacking the goods.. Lying is in general unacceptable and to a client it's even worse. AND 3 TIMES IN A ROW? LOL. WHAT DOES SHE THINK? I'm really surprised how can DM employ a notorious liar..and im very disappointed. In the neighbouring concurrence's store service was totally different: I wanted to buy a lipstick in a specific flavour and the women there looked it up in the warehouse and found one. - that's what service means. Don't recommend to go there, although the store manager was kind and friendly to me. Well, but she's not a 16 year old *****.
